The most consistent use of a 9x12 postcard sends layout contains six (6), 5.8"x2" ads and one (1) 5.8"x4.4" ad on each side plus negative space outline, middle banner and postal information.

How to you send direct mail? The USPS EDDM postal service.
What are the actual postcard dimensions? 9" x 12" large sell sheet on heavy postcard weight material.
What neighborhoods are mailed to? We carefully and systematically chose the top Meridian neighborhoods such as Bear Creek, Meridian Greens, Tuscany and others that match a specific, targeted demographic to the designed mailer piece. We will share with co-op members, the exact neighborhoods we are mailing to, prior to each send. 100% guaranteed! More than likely, you’ll know what neighborhoods are being canvased at the time of your advertising purchase.
How many homes do you mail directly to? We send in packs of 5,000 (+or-).
Do you mail to businesses, apartments or other organizations? No. We choose to direct mail to specific Meridian residential homes - the exact people you want your business to get in front of.
Are there any long term commitments or contracts? Nope.
Is there a co-op membership fee? No.
How much will it cost me to design an ad? If you want us to do it, it’s $75 with a one-time revision. Otherwise, we will share with you the ad specs and artwork deadline.
How do I know 5,000 homes were actually delivered the 9x12 card? USPS doesn't guarantee EDDM delivery within a specific timeframe, though they estimate standard direct mail delivery to be 3-10 days of receipt, with anything after 14 days considered late. And depending on your ad, sometimes things swing your way and you’ll get slammed - other times, we pray to just break even. Although there are no guarantees in advertising and marketing, at the price you paid for sending 5,000 mailers, chances are highly in your favor that you should get good business from your ad; once again depending on the offer, layout and other marketing factors.
Do you offer any discounts or refunds? First and foremost, we are confident you will do well. Secondly, sorry, we really don’t offer any refund or discount. However, as a local co-op, we want to ensure your satisfaction and are open to discuss any questions or concerns you might have.
